About
Hands-on leadership. Seventeen years under it.
Seventeen years of warehouse and cloud work, then Head of AI at DVx, then founding Director of Data at Vitable. I still write the dbt and Terraform myself, and I still take the IC ticket when a team is blocked.
Python and SQL are where I spend most days in the warehouse, with Go when a pipeline or an MCP server needs it and Postgres or BigQuery on the modeling side.
Prefect and Airflow run the jobs. Kubernetes or Docker depending on the need. Agentic workflows sit on the same dbt model foundation.
I build specialized agents and skills, plus custom MCP servers in Go. That same hands-on work is how I lead people through roadblocks or scale teams from 0 to full divisions.
